Stock Availability:
In the unlikely event that your order is not in stock, we will contact you and assist in choosing another item and/or provide you with an immediate refund.
Delivery/Shipping Information:
- All orders will be packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days of placing your order.
- When checking out, please indicate which shipping service you prefer. To give sound of mind, we try to utilize a shipping service that allows for “Package Tracking” delivery system. While these may be more expensive, it does means that your order will arrive in a timely fashion and delivery is guaranteed by the delivery service. Upon request, we are happy to advise you shipping costs for more urgent deliveries.
- Prices shown does not include postage and handling. The shipping costs of each item is calculated by size and weight. The delivery charge applicable to your purchase will be displayed at checkout.
- Please note, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays outside of our control including, but not limited to, postal delays, weather or natural disasters, delays due to insufficient recipient address, etc.
